Plain terms
PitchIQ is in a test phase. This page says what PitchIQ keeps about you, who helps run it, what you can ask for, and the rules for using it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Last updated 24 October 2026.
Privacy
PitchIQ is run by Ebenaff, who decides what is collected and why (the "controller" under the EU and UK GDPR). You can use the match pages without an account; an account is only needed to keep saved matches, track bets and get reminders.
What is kept, and why
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your sign-in: email or phone number, and a name if you give one | To run your account and recognise you when you sign in (contract) | Until you delete your account |
| Saved matches and their reminder setting | To show them on every device and remind you (contract) | Until you unsave them or delete your account |
| Bets you track: market, price, stake, bookmaker, notes, result | To settle them and show your record; private to you (contract) | Until you delete them or your account |
| Predictions you make: the outcomes you picked, how sure you were, and PitchIQ's read of the match at the time | To check them after the match and show your record (contract) | Until you delete them or your account |
| Reminder channels: this browser's notification address, and Telegram or email if you turn those on | To send the reminders you asked for (contract) | Until you turn them off or delete your account |
| Reminders sent: which match, when and through which channel | So a reminder is not sent twice, and to check they arrive (legitimate interest) | Until you delete your account |
A session cookie (pitchiq_session) | Keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so no cookie banner is needed for it | 90 days, or until you sign out |
A visitor cookie (pitchiq_visitor) when you are not signed in, and which matches you analysed, which Analyst reviews you asked for and how many chat messages you sent with it | To give each visitor the free match analyses, Analyst reviews and chat message before signing in. A random code, kept only as a scrambled value; it is strictly necessary for the free allowance | One year |
| Your network (IP) address, in memory only | Limits how much signed-out use one network gets per day and how fast anyone can send requests, to stop abuse | Never stored; cleared daily and whenever the server restarts |
| Usage counts: how often each feature is used per day, and for signed-in people which days they used PitchIQ | To learn which features help during the test phase (legitimate interest). No page views are logged one by one, and visitors who are not signed in only count towards totals | Daily totals are kept; the days linked to your account are deleted with it |
| Feedback you send (your rating, the topic and anything you write), the page you sent it from, your browser type, and a reply address if you give one | To fix problems and improve PitchIQ (legitimate interest). The person running PitchIQ is notified when it arrives | As long as it is useful; deleting your account removes the link to it |
| Messages sent with the contact form: your email, the topic and message, and your name and WhatsApp number if you give them | To answer you (legitimate interest). PitchIQ passes each message to Google Forms, where it is kept | Until your question is dealt with, then deleted within a year |
| Questions you ask the Analyst | To answer them. They are sent with the match data for that answer and are not stored by PitchIQ | Not kept by PitchIQ |
Your browser also keeps a few settings on your own device (light or dark theme, your league filter, matches saved before signing in). They are not sent anywhere. PitchIQ does not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who helps run PitchIQ
| Clerk | Runs sign-in (phone codes, Google, email), with Cloudflare's bot check on the sign-in screen. Holds your sign-in details. |
| Railway | Hosts the PitchIQ server. |
| Neon | Hosts the database where your account, saved matches and bets are kept. |
| Anthropic | Generates the Analyst's reviews and chat answers (AI-generated text) from the match data and your question. Do not put personal details in questions. |
| Your browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla) | Delivers notifications when you turn them on. |
| Telegram, Resend | Deliver reminders by Telegram or email, only if you turn those on. |
| Google Forms | Receives and keeps the messages sent with the contact form (PitchIQ passes them on; your browser does not contact Google for it). |
| Google Fonts | Serves the fonts the pages use, which means your browser contacts Google. |

Your rights
- See and take your data: your bets export as CSV from the Track record page; ask for anything else.
- Correct it: edit or delete any tracked bet in the app; for anything else, ask and it will be corrected.
- Delete it: Track record → Delete account removes your account and everything linked to it, including your Clerk sign-in, at once.
- Object or restrict: ask, and the usage counts and feedback linked to you will be removed.
- Complain: you can complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Terms
Who can use PitchIQ
You must be 18 or over, and old enough to bet where you live if you use PitchIQ for betting. You are responsible for following the gambling laws of your country.
What PitchIQ is, and is not
- PitchIQ explains how unpredictable a football match looks and how its numbers compare with the bookmakers'. It is information, not betting, financial or any other professional advice, and not a tip service.
- No analysis can promise an outcome, and no data removes the bookmaker's margin. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own risk.
- Data comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. PitchIQ shows where each figure comes from, but cannot guarantee it.
- During the test phase PitchIQ is free. Features may change, stop or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.
Using it fairly
- Do not scrape or copy PitchIQ's pages or data in bulk, get around its limits, or try to reach other people's accounts.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Accounts that break these terms may be closed.
- Feedback you send may be used to improve PitchIQ.
Responsibility
PitchIQ is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Ebenaff is not liable for losses from bets or other decisions made using PitchIQ, or from the service being unavailable or its data being wrong. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Bet responsibly
Decide a budget you can afford to lose, keep stakes steady, never chase losses, and take a break when betting stops being fun. Most bookmakers offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. If gambling is causing harm, seek help: in the Netherlands, Loket Kansspel; in the UK, GamCare; elsewhere, your local support service.
Changes
These terms and the privacy notice may change as PitchIQ develops. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app.
Contact
For questions about your data or these terms, or to use any of your rights, use the contact form (also under Contact at the top and bottom of the app). Replies come by email, or on WhatsApp if you leave a number.
